All papers for the conference should be original works. The conference committees do not accept paper submissions that are previously published, currently in-press, or under consideration for publication elsewhere.<\/p>\n

The paper is reviewed based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n

1. Scope\/relevance to the conference theme<\/li>\n
2. Conceptual framework<\/li>\n
3. Overall contribution to the field<\/li>\n
4. Writing style, composition, and clarity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

   To submit an abstract you must first register to the web, read the Guidelines below and then follow the steps.<\/p>\n

   \n
   1. Fill the form of Registration<\/li>\n
   2. After registration is successful, submit your abstract by clicking \u201cuser home\u201d\u00a0 and click new submission.<\/li>\n
   3. Abstract must be presented in clear English with correct grammar and spelling.<\/li>\n
   4. It must be written in between 150 and 250 words, using Times New Roman of 12 in size.<\/li>\n
   5. Submit it on line through the Easychair<\/strong> as available on the website. Click it<\/a>.<\/li>\n
   6. See the tutorial if you do not familiar to Submission System through Easychair. Click Tutorial<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
   7. No assessments will be made to abstracts which are sent via email.<\/li>\n
   8. Refer to the important dates for abstract and full paper submissions.<\/li>\n
   9. Wait for the \u201cLetter of Acceptance (LoA)\u201d on abstract submission. The committee will review and announce result.<\/li>\n
   10. Submit your full paper and the receipt of conference fee to the system. Write your full paper on “Full Paper Template” <\/b><\/a>before due date. Please prepare the manuscript and pay the conference fee before submitting the paper.<\/li>\n
   11. Wait for the confirmation given by the committee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       For proceedings, the committee will review the manuscript before submitting to the Publisher. It will be announced later.
