ITTISHAL is the organization that accommodates Islamic schools from various parts of the world that uphold human values universally in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah. ITTISHAL is supported by Prof. DR. Ing. H. Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie, the 3rd President of Republic of Indonesia, in the Board of Trustees. This organization is committed to the unity of the community, humanism, acceptance of others and respect for human rights of education, especially Islamic Education.

One of ITTISHAL’s closest agenda is to hold the 2nd International Conference on Islamic education issues, such as: the necessities of empowering our Islamic world to contribute to contemporary human civilization in its new form.
Arabic Language become the main focus of the conference to be discussed in the 2nd ICIE 2018. This language has been one of the largest language in the world and been one of the main language in Islamic schools and universities.
Not only discussing about the best practices learning and teaching process of Arabic Language in schools and universities, the conference will share the implementation of Arabic Language in all fields of knowledge.
The Arabic Language studies in Turkey has been one of the concern by the Turkey government since 2014.

The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, confirmed that Arabic Language become the obligatory lesson for all schools (both private and public schools). This implementation becomes one of the challenge for the educators in Turkey in order to strengthen the root of Turkish culture for the young generation.
While in Indonesia, the Arabic Language has been implemented in the Islamic schools, mostly in boarding schools. Indonesia as one of the largest Islamic citizen country, has the easiness to implement the Islamic studies including the Arabic Language. This studies aims mostly for learning the Al Qur’an and As Sunnah and the majority of Islamic studies use Arabic Language.
The conference’s goal is to gather the educators and organizers of Islamic education mostly from Indonesia and Turkey as well as all those who are committed to the improvement of Islamic education to join ITTISHAL. ITTISHAL aimed to cooperate in holding education competition activities, teachers and students exchange, and other activities that we can create together in the conference.
